    2-3 weeks · Fixed fee

    Full immersion: architecture, team, code, costs, roadmap. I hand you an actionable document that's useful even if we don't continue together.

    Monthly engagement

    Retainer

    One day a week as your CTO. Direct communication over Slack, presence in key product and board meetings, technical decisions made.

    Clean exit

    When you no longer need me

    The goal from day 1 is for you to stop needing me. I help you hire your full-time CTO when the time comes.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Remote worldwide. Occasionally on-site for key board or product meetings if the project calls for it.

What languages do you work in?

Spanish and English. I've lived and worked in the US, the UK and Germany.

Is there a lock-in?

No. The goal from day 1 is for you to stop needing me: I help you hire your full-time CTO when the time comes.

Do you take equity instead of a fee?

By default I work on a fee. But if the project fits and convinces me, I'll consider reducing the fee in exchange for equity, always case by case. If you think that's your situation, let's raise it on the call.
