What data I process

Only what you provide: the name, email, company and message from the contact form, and the data needed to manage a call you book through Cal.com. I don't collect special categories of data.

Purpose

To answer your enquiry, manage the call or meeting you request and keep communication related to that contact. I don't use your data for profiling or advertising.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form or book a call.

Recipients and processors

I don't share your data with third parties, except by legal obligation. Some providers act as data processors to deliver the service:

• Cal.com: managing call bookings.
• Resend: delivering the contact form email.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): site hosting.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregated, cookieless site usage analytics; it doesn't collect personally identifiable data.

Retention

I keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. When it's no longer needed, it's deleted.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@albertolopez.tech. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
