Before ThreeAngular I was CTO of The Primos NYC, a luxury apartment-rental operation in New York and one of the leading Booking.com operators in Manhattan (2018). There I led the operational and logistical transformation: I defined the tech strategy, optimised the operation and reviewed architecture and code quality. Running that operation day to day taught me exactly where the vacation-rental business hurts, and that was the raw material for ThreeAngular.
The problem
Operating apartments at scale means juggling bookings coming in from several OTAs, field teams that clean and maintain, and guests arriving at any hour. Each part lived in its own tool, and coordinating them was a constant source of friction and errors.
ThreeAngular Teams: the operation
Tasks are generated and assigned automatically from each booking, by your rules, and the team receives them on mobile:
- Scheduling with colour-coded regions and workload balancing.
- Auto-generated and auto-assigned tasks per booking (predictive tasking).
- LAB Angular app: the employee gets the task with full detail on their phone.
- Keyless access: the app opens the apartment during the task.
- Each task's status syncs in real time with the central manager.
ThreeAngular Guest: the guest
Remote check-in and a digital experience end to end:
- Online check-in: traveller report, contract signing and payments.
- Automatic reporting to the authorities: the legal obligation, handled.
- Club Angular app: it becomes the apartment key during the stay.
- The guest invites companions, books services, leaves reviews and talks to the team.
Open and connected
Everything integrable through a REST API with OAuth 2.0 authentication, synced with the industry ecosystem:
- OTAs: Booking, Airbnb, Agoda.
- PMS: Masteryield, Avantio.
- Smart locks: Salto, Nuki.
- Payments: Stripe, Redsys, AddonPayments.
